Have lived in the neighborhood for ages & finally tried this spot. Have to say I absolutely love the decor, wooden slats all around, very much minimalist. The food is quite yummy & the service quick & efficient. Came on a Saturday nite & was quicky seated. Started w shrimp shumai, followed w chicken udon soup & ended w green tea mochi. The broth was quite flavorful. Prices are reasonable & I will def come back to try more of the menu!
Absolutely delish with very quick service! Wooden benches are a tad wiggly for little kids - but simple and clean atmosphere for a nice lunch.
I love this spot! It's a consistently great restaurant. The ramen is so flavorful, and the sushi is great! I also really like their spicy cucumber, and it's a reasonable portion for the price, unlike other places who offer the same dish.
What a cool restaurant! I ordered pickup here the other night and was blown away by everything, from the favors to the quick service. My friend and I ordered various spicy sushi rolls, an order pork belly bao buns and the calamari. While everything was great, I particularly loved the bao buns... so tender.. so soft.. so wow! It was all still warm by the time we got it home and truly hit the spot. I cannot wait to return by this time, actually dine inside.
Went here quickly for an afternoon lunch. Seated super quickly and love the environment in here. The lighting in the booths in the front were so nice. Everything we got was amazing! Their vegetable gyoza is tasty and so is the ramen. The ramen was on the colder side. Would've preferred it to be hotter. I asked for some hot sauce and it upgraded the vegetarian broth. All in all - quality food and I love coming here.
I couldn't be more thrilled to celebrate this business! I ordered 3 rolls to go, pork belly fried rice, salt and pepper calamari, and pork belly buns. Everything my friend and I shared was exquisite! I had never had calamari in a shape like that but it had great texture. The bun was perfect in every aspect and I loved the cucumber. The fried rice had a deep pork flavor with so much umami. And...the sushi was some of the freshest sushi I have ever had. We asked for extra chipotle mayo and they gave us a lot! Wish I knew about this place when I lived here.
I was in the neighborhood for work and found this little ramen spot near by. I started off with the salmon skin salad which was great. The salmon skin were perfectly crispy and no soggy what so ever. It also came with some skin lmk pieces of Salomon meat which complimented this dish very well. The Pork Tonkatsu ramen was Okay. The noodles were nothing special. The egg was almost perfectly cooked. But was slightly liver cooked. The broth felt a bit watered down and not as rich as I expected. However the pork belly was great. Super tender and it just melted in my mouth. If I do say so myself the pork belly saved this whole Tonkatsu dish.
Ordered take out from this spot & it did not disappoint! The ramen, garlic broccoli, buns were all delicious. Portions were filling & prices were reasonable. The spring rolls weren't my fav but I think it just doesn't travel well. I would definitely order here again
